What to have ready when you call. The year, make and model of the vehicle, and the mileage if you know it. What you are noticing: a noise, a warning light, a leak, a vibration, or a car that will not start. When it started, and whether it happens cold, warm, at idle, or at speed. Where the vehicle is sitting, and whether it is drivable or has to stay put. Those details let the mechanic bring the right parts and tools to you the first time.
Where we come to you. The work is done at your home, your workplace, or wherever the vehicle has stopped, so there is no shop visit and no tow to arrange. If a job genuinely needs a lift or specialist workshop tooling, we will say so plainly rather than take it on.
What we handle on site.
